Ensures that complains are managed in due time by using QRQC and that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in the system;Follows and monitors warranty claims to increase customer satisfaction and reduce warranty cost;Propose and monitor plans to reduce plant non-Quality costs (scraps, reworks, Quality Walls…);Supports all activities to ensure successful launches, product transfers and other industrialization projects;Ensures Capitalization and Transversalization and shares Best Practices;Contributes to the definition of the Plant Quality objectives, monitors the progress and implements corrective action/improvement plan in case of deviation;Manages the Quality department (budget, recruitment, allocation of resources, personnel development, ..);Identifies Quality training needs for the Quality team of the plant and for other functions.
